Please note that while providing your name and contact information is optional, tax receipts can only be issued when this information is provided.

Leadership donors may be publicly recognized by CPF in our newsletter, on our website, or through other vehicles. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please indicate this when making your gift or pledge, or contact us directly to inform us of your wishes.
